Psychotherapy sessions along with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) intensives.
Most session codes are covered under insurance; the list of accepted insurances are listed under fees and services.
elongated and in-depth intensives are not covered by insurance, therefore if you are under insurance the rate would be at private pay on the agreed upon time frame to complete and the client can receive an invoice towards OON billing.

Everyone and every situation is different. You may feel worse at first as therapy can bring up strong emotions, but most clients feel more optimistic after a few sessions. Significant improvement is often seen within 3–4 months of weekly sessions. When ready, we’ll move to biweekly then monthly maintenance. Some clients need more time—that’s okay. We’ll work at your pace and I’ll support you throughout.

Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, abuse reporting obligations).

No. If you are under a department that does grant-funded sessions for the first few times we meet there is a confidential identifier number (only I know what it means) in order to receive fully covered sessions.

We do not, however we have strong connections with other providers in the community who have been approachable and helpful that we can refer you if interested.
