What We Offer:
A collaborative therapeutic experience focused on processing, relief, and restoration through a personalized treatment plan that integrates a range of clinical modalities to support healing and empowerment. Together, we will gently identify the “gunk” that’s been building beneath the surface and explore how it impacts your day-to-day life and relationships, working to interrupt those patterns and create space for clarity, balance, and meaningful change.
Currently all sessions are done via telehealth; which is a great way to continue to receive services at your convenience of your own home or on the go for your schedule. If you are looking for in-person, I totally get it and we are in the processing of finding a spot in Ellis County to see clients.
