Telehealth Therapy
-
Sometimes getting to an office is just one more thing to fit into an already busy schedule. Telehealth allows you to connect from the comfort of your own couch, home, or another private space that works for you—without adding a commute or having to take more time away from work than necessary.
You can still receive the same intentional, collaborative, trauma-focused care, just with a little more flexibility built into your day.
Because taking care of yourself shouldn't require rearranging your entire life.
Telehealth is available throughout Texas, subject to applicable licensing requirements.

Yes — you don't have to come into the office to do this work. We offer trauma treatment, ART and EMDR through telehealth, and most people are able to do the same trauma processing they'd do sitting across from us in person. We have options to tailor the experience to what you need, and in most cases we can set you up for safe and effective ART or EMDR remotely. We'll work at your pace and figure out what approach fits you best.

Honestly, most of what we treat — from common symptoms to more complex diagnoses — can be handled just as effectively through telehealth. The requirements are pretty straightforward: a good internet connection, a private space where you feel comfortable talking, and a willingness to be open with your therapist about what you need.
If you're still on the fence, just try it. If it turns out you'd do better in a traditional in-office setting, we've got you covered. Anyone in the DFW area or near our Waxahachie office can schedule in-person sessions there, and if that's not close to you, we'll help you find something in your area.
