Having worked in nonprofit organizations, outpatient settings, and private practice, I’ve had the opportunity to experience the many paths this field can take—and the unique challenges and rewards that come with each one. Along the way, I’ve come to deeply value the role of supportive, thoughtful supervision in helping clinicians grow with confidence and authenticity.
My experience also includes treatment planning across a variety of settings and needs, from crisis intervention and stabilization to short-term directive approaches and longer-term, comprehensive care. I enjoy helping clients and clinicians alike navigate the complexities of mental health with curiosity, compassion, and a steady sense of direction.
