She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications, bringing both clinical expertise and a creative, client-centered approach to therapy. She is an AASECT certified sex therapist and is currently pursuing a PhD in human development and family studies at Texas Woman's University. She works with adults aged 18+, as well as couples and partnerships of all configurations, providing a safe, affirming space to explore challenges and build deeper connection. Allison is a bilingual holistic therapist specializing in trauma, burnout, and self-esteem for adult women, first responders, and helping professionals. Her approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy, incorporating EMDR, somatic techniques, and expressive arts therapy to support healing in the mind, body, and spirit.
She has extensive experience working with recent incident trauma, childhood trauma, domestic violence, and sexual abuse, as well as compassion fatigue, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. In addition to her clinical work, she offers trainings and workshops for helping professionals on vicarious trauma and burnout.
She accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and United Healthcare, and also see private pay clients (Rate: $175). In addition to Waxahachie, she offers in-person sessions in Oak Point and the Park Cities area, as well as virtual sessions throughout Texas. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
